Fees - Suscription Fee

Customer shall pay DataWiz SRL fees calculated in accordance with the applicable Order Form as consideration for each Subscription Plan provided and licenses granted to Customer under this Agreement (the “Fees”).

Subscription Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. Payment must be made via the accepted payment methods as set out on the Website for the respective paid features.

Save as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, each Subscription Plan shall begin on the date specified as the Subscription Start Date and subsist for the Subscription Period, in each case, as set forth in the applicable Order Form in respect of such Subscription Plan.

Violation and/ or non-respect of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend unilaterally, at any time and its sole discretion the paid features and the corresponding Subscription Fee.

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate your access to the Website and/or block your future access to the Website if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Service. In case of termination by us for the aforementioned reason, no refund of the Subscription Fee shall be due.

You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions will cause irreparable harm to DataWiz SRL for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to us obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies we may have at law or in equity.

To be eligible for affiliate payments, you must have a valid subscription to our Service and provide us with the details of a PayPal account for payment purposes. You may either subscribe to our Service using the PayPal account or send the PayPal account details to [email].
